Jeannette Faber joined the Environmental Council team in 2026 to apply her love for structure and keen attention to detail to the core operational duties that power our organization. 

Prior to joining our team, she served as the Finance and HR Specialist with Western Rivers Conservancy, helping to protect outstanding river ecosystems in 11 western states. She also previously worked with Unosquare, a full-cycle digital engineering company that provides solutions to growing companies in regulated and data intensive industries.

Jeannette holds a Bachelor’s degree in Photography from Grand Valley State University and is a certified Professional of Human Resources through HRCI. 

Outside of work, she’s a hobby jogger, humble servant for her Boston Terrier, Gus, and outdoor enthusiast. After logging countless miles all over the country, she’s come back to the Mitten to enjoy all the trails, waterways, freshwater beaches and craft beer that we have to offer–all while helping to drive forward our mission to protect this place we love.
