Ours to Protect – Plymouth

Apr 23, 2026
6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Like you, we have a growing concern about the future of our environment and our communities. From clean air and water to the unique natural resources that contribute to the places we love, now more than ever, it is clear that Michigan is Ours to Protect.

In the face of funding cuts and the rollback of existing federal protections, we as Michiganders can stand together to hold the line on protections here in our state and local communities.

The Michigan Environmental Council is leading a state-wide effort to do just that. We, along with event sponsors Dan Mahoney, Marie McCormick and Jim Mulhern invite you to join us for Ours to Protect: Plymouth, a free event on Thursday, April 23 from 6-7:30 p.m. at Chicane restaurant in Plymouth.

Enjoy complimentary food and beverages and join us for a conversation about how people and businesses can protect Michigan and safeguard our communities from actions that pollute our freshwater resources, reduce our air quality and degrade our environment. Together, we can stand up for the places we love.
