Michigan Land Bank Association

Land banking has been a successful tool in Michigan to help revitalize distressed communities. The Michigan Land Bank Association makes sure land banks have the statewide policies, support and capacity to effectively operate local their programs. It has a special interest in renovating and creating homes that are safe from the elements and that are energy efficient.
