Legacy Land Conservancy
Legacy Land Conservancy is Michigan’s oldest land trust, and over its 50-year history, it has preserved thousands of acres of land in Jackson, Lenawee, Livingston and Washtenaw counties. All sorts of natural features have been included: farmland, wetlands, forests, grasslands, lakes and streams. As it seeks to preserve more land and water, Legacy Land Conservancy is also keeping climate change and diversity, equity and inclusion in mind.
