Izaak Walton League – Dwight Lydell Chapter

For 100 years, the Izaak Walton League of America and its chapters have carved out a unique role, promoting community-based conservation and volunteer science while advocating for strong policies to protect air, water and wildlife. The Dwight Lydell Chapter in Belmont maintains its own forested property that has brought Michiganders into conservation, recreation and the outdoors for decades. It offers youth programs, lodge rentals, fishing opportunities and a host of other events throughout the year.
