Detroit Bird Alliance
Founded in 1939 as Detroit Audubon, Detroit Bird Alliance protect birds and their habitats by engaging people, communities, and policymakers in conservation. It strive to bring nature and people together, in a way that serves both. Among its various educational and conservation-based initiatives is Detroit Bird City, an effort to turn parks in need of love across Detroit into ecosystems for year-round and migratory birds.
